Dr. Doug Dill has been senior pastor of CFCF since 2006. His heart’s desire is to see the kingdom of Jesus be manifest here on earth just as it is in heaven. Pastor Doug believes that followers of Jesus should have two main characteristics: Loving God with everything in us, and loving others as we do ourselves. Doug and his wife, Annie, have four children and three grandchildren. Doug is a graduate of The College of Wooster, Ashland Theological Seminary and United Theological Seminary (D.Min). Before coming to CFCF, Doug served as a Christian school principal and as a missionary to Japan.
Rev. Shane Minne has been working with teenagers through coaching, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Youth Ministry for 25 years. Pastor Shane has worked with our youth ministry here at Canal Fulton Christian Fellowship for the past 22 years. He coaches football at Northwest High School in Canal Fulton and leads Fellowship of Christian Athletes at both Northwest Middle School and Northwest High School. Shane has two adult children, Broc and Liberty.
Steve has served as the Church Administrator at CFCF since 2010. He was ordained as a chaplain through the Furnace St. Mission of Akron in 2001. Steve is a graduate of Manchester High School and Heidelberg University (1977). He retired from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office in 2009 as a chief deputy where he served for 32 years. Steve and his wife Alison have been married for 40 years and have a son and a daughter and two grandchildren.
Children's Ministry Director
Rachael Barkan started her position as Children's Ministry Director in January 2016. Rachael also teaches second grade students at Northwest Primary's after school reading program and has been doing so for the last 10 years. She graduated from Malone University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Rachael has been married to her college sweetheart Todd for 12 years. They have three daughters, Brooke(8), Grace (6) and Brielle (4).
